1. Eligibility

Let’s Retreat is designed primarily for mothers and their children. You must be 18 years or older to register yourself or your child for our programs. Children may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated.

2. Event Registration & Payment

All event registrations must be completed through our website or approved channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged.
Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, welcoming, and safe space for all. By attending our events, you agree to:

Be respectful to staff and other attendees
Supervise your children, unless otherwise arranged
Follow safety instructions provided by our team

We reserve the right to ask anyone not adhering to this code to leave the event without a refund.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs for you or your child during registration.
You are responsible for the well-being and supervision of your child at family events unless childcare is explicitly provided.

5. Photography & Media

We occasionally take photos or videos at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you give permission to use your image unless you opt out in writing. If you'd like to opt out, please email us at kori@letsretreatot.com.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in Let’s Retreat activities, you acknowledge that participation involves some risk, and you agree not to hold Let’s Retreat, its staff, or volunteers liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective: July 2025

At Let’s Retreat, we understand that life can be unpredictable — especially for moms! We aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible, while also protecting the time and resources that go into planning each event.

Cancellations

We handle cancellations and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [Insert Email].
In most cases, we can offer a credit toward a future event, but this is not guaranteed.

No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, as your spot could have been given to someone else.

Event Cancellations by Us

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
